The International Office is starting an international
student blog. The purpose is to post the
experiences of our past international students on the web for future
international students to read. We hope
to increase awareness of our exchange program and encourage more students to
study at SAMK.
You can write about
Your experience at SAMK
Finland through your eyes (things
you like, things that were strange, how it is different from your home country,
etc.)
A funny event/a memory that
happened to you while in Finland
The wonderful people you met
Your studies
You can basically write about anything you want as it
relates to your exchange experience. Be creative!
If you are interested in sharing a story with us, please
submit it to int.trainee@samk.fi. Make sure
you include the following in your email:
- you first name
- your home country
- your study period (i.e. fall 2012, full year 2012-2013,spring 2013)
- your photo* (optional but preferred!)
- your degree program
- your story title
- your story
We hope you have enjoyed your experience at SAMK and that
you will share that experience on our blog.
